Eastern Air Cargo’s “ACMI” rate per block hour covers the cost of Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance; whereas the operational airline customer pays for and arranges other key operating costs such as fuel, traffic rights, permits, aircraft and cargo handling.
