B777 Express Freighter Options
There are three options for the Boeing 777 Express Freighter on each sub-type of aircraft.
- Basic conversion of the main deck removing all seats, galleys, toilets
- 9G cargo and smoke barrier installed creating Class-E Main Deck
- Manual loading of cargo through passenger doors
- Entry to service Q1 2022
- Installation of cargo loading system on main deck
- Bespoke Express ULD’s loaded through existing passenger doors
- Entry to service Q2 2022
- Installation of a Main Deck Cargo Door capable of loading standard size Express ULDs
- Entry to service 2023

Range: 5,165nm full payload
Available Volume: 10,000-14,000 cu. ft.
Available Payload: 65-75 tons

Typical cargo
Best suited for volumetric light weight commodities typical of E-commerce shipments while small scale General Cargo can also be carried.
Light-weight boxes and packages
Electronic items such as mobile phones can be carried
Declared Dangerous Goods can be accomodated in accordance with IATA DG rules and regulations (subject to EAL approvals)
Regular size cargo loaded via passenger door
(Option 1 and 2 only)
No special or “out-size” cargo – not suitable for cargo typically carried on “freighters” such as cars, horses, heavy drilling equipment, aircraft engines etc
Perishable cargo such as flowers, pharmaceuticals, fruit, and vegetables packed in suitable sized packaging.
